In conneciton with SB 588, Kippy Wroten testified in Sacramento
on April 26, 2011. SB 588 seeks to lower the evidentiary standard
required for plaintiffs' attorney to recover attorneys fees in
Elder Abuse cases.

Darryl Ross Appointed to AYSO National Legal Commission
On November 16, 2010, American Youth Soccer Organization ("AYSO")
National President, Michael Wade, appointed Darryl Ross AYSO to its
Legal Commission. AYSO is a not-for-profit youth development
association with premier regional programs throughout the United States,
AYSO has more than 50,000 teams and more than 650,000 players. It also
employs 50 people at its National Support and Training Center in
Hawthorne, CA. AYSO's legal affairs are conducted exclusively by
the Legal Commission of the AYSO National Board of Directors with the
support of outside legal counsel.
